Reputation is earned by a club being used, not by any one person grinding it.
Every rule below is capped or counted once, so an active community of many
beats one very busy member.
The limits are on scoring, not on doing. Post, create and take
part as much as you like. A daily cap only means the ones past it stop adding
reputation that day.

The daily ceiling
A club can earn up to 200 reputation a day
from all sources combined. It is the same number for every club, so a small
active club and a large one plateau in the same place. Standing measures how
alive a club is, not how many people are in it.
Showing up
A club that earns reputation on consecutive days builds a streak, and each
milestone pays a bonus on top. Miss a day and the run starts over.

Tiers, and what each one gives you
Reputation is not a score for its own sake. Each tier raises how large the
club can grow, how many co-leaders it can appoint, and how many shared
videos it can run at once.

Member counts shown are the standard ladder. A club whose leader supports
the site starts higher at every tier.
Going quiet
A club that earns nothing for 7 days loses
3% of its reputation each week until it is active again.
Standing reflects a club that is alive now, not one that was busy once.
