Your Supporter benefits activate immediately after payment. You'll see your new badge, gain access to customization features, and ads will be removed right away. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.
Yes: head to the Settings tab on your profile and hit Cancel Subscription. Your Supporter benefits stay active until the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription stops renewing. No partial refunds, but nothing else charges either.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and various digital wallets through our secure Stripe integration.
Yes: monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically on Stripe. To stop renewal, click Cancel Subscription in your profile settings, or use Manage Billing on the same page to open Stripe's billing portal where you can update your card, view invoices, or cancel. Either way, you keep Supporter benefits until the current period ends.
